Mind/Body Curriculum

This page shows the curriculum for various mind-body studies offered via Academic Training Services. Curricula include specially designed programs that are derived in part from taijiquan (i.e., "easy tai chi methods"), along with various qigong methods, yoga relaxation methods, and combinations thereof. Most of these programs were developed by Academic Training Traditions to serve as an introduction to mind-body studies for novices of all ages, including children and seniors, and also for other special needs groups (e.g., seated exercises and breath in motion).
